Ridgeline Trust Therapeutic Garden

We help people to improve their mental and physical health in our beautiful garden in East Reading

We help people access the benefits of horticultural therapy at our accessible garden, to enable them to recover and develop their skills, boost their confidence and enjoy time with others.

Our sessions are suitable for those living with disabilities or facing mental and physical health issues. Our sessions are led by experienced horticultural therapists and supported by volunteers.

Costs

£22 per session

A session lasts 2 hours. Clients are welcome to bring a packed lunch to eat at the garden after the morning session or before the afternoon session.

Activity Period

Opening hours Mondays and Tuesdays. Please contact us for current session vacancies.

Referral and Availability Notes

You can contact us directly yourself to arrange a visit or book sessions.  Or someone can refer you to us – we take referrals from family members and carers, health and social care professionals.
